Favorite Book: "Muscle & Fitness" magazine

"I'm not a book reader, but I'm a big health nut. I read "Muscle & Health" religiously, plus all the other health magazines. Like tonight, I'll go down and work out in my gym, crank up the music, and shadow-box for 10 minutes, hit the heavy bag 10 minutes, do shrugs and my shoulders, then 200 sit-ups. Tomorrow, it's the same, but I'll work my bis and tris. The next day, I'll work the chest. Hey! Like I said, I ain't much of a book reader, but look for a book coming out on me soon--it's called "Do Or Die", the biography of Vinny Pazienza!"
